Prior to leaving our warehouse, all products are double-checked thoroughly by our quality control staff. Whenever transporting a fibreglass bodykit, there is always a very minor risk of damage (approximately 1%).

We at Carmate take as much precaution as seen fit to preserve the product and to ensure its safe journey without applying extra packaging costs. The safety of the kit is as important to us as it is to you.

All of our parts are delivered via an express courier service and are insured for LOSS in transit. So you can feel safe knowing that you will definately receive your parts. This service is included FREE in your delivery price.

However, although greatest care is taken during delivery, our couriers do not offer insurance for parts which are DAMAGED in transit.

If you receive your parts in damaged condition, carmate will not be held liable for any damage caused by the courier. We recommend that all parts are unwrapped and checked throughly before signing that you have received the parts in GOOD condition.

If your parts are found to be damaged by the courier it's best you either reject the delivery (or at least sign the you have received the parts in DAMAGED) condition. This way you will not be liable for the delivery costs or repair costs.

Otherwise if you require insurance which covers DAMAGE in transit, then we recommend that you organize your own delivery.

We recommend that you contact the courier direct (not carmate) if you receive parts which have been damaged in transit.

We are not common carriers and we are not responsible for any delivery costs involved in the returning of goods.

Authorization to return any products must be obtained by the Buyer from Carmate in advance and must be made within (7) days of receiving the product. Special order goods are non refundable.

All returned products are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.

All products returned must be in the original packaging, in the same condition as it was originally delivered. Only the original Buyer may request for a return of products.

Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after all above conditions are met, buyer will then receive the replacement part back.

After receipt of goods returned, Carmate shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If Carmate does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs.

All goods remain the property of Carmate until paid for in full.

Any goods provided to you by Carmate are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement of trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, patents, or other rights held by others.

Carmate shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of the forces of nature, labor disputes, supplies or materials shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of Carmate's business.

All parts forsale at Carmate are recommanded for Show Conditions, not for Legal Street Used purposes. Carmate will not be held liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.Our commitment to providing the absolute highest quality accessories available and keeping our customers desires forefront has proven to be a winning combination.
